Oat Date Nut Bread

Regular Loaf Large Loaf
3/4 cup Water 1 cup + 2 tbsps.
1 tbsp. Butter 1 1/2 tbsps.
1 1/2 tbsps. Dry Milk 2 tbsps.
1 1/2 tbsps. Sugar 2 tbsps.
3/4 tsp. Salt 1 1/4 tsps.
3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp.
2 cups Bread Flour 3 cups
1/3 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
1/3 cup Chopped Dates 1/2 cup
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans 1/3 cup
1 1/2 tsps. Yeast (quick-acting active dry) 2 tsps.

Directions:

Measure all ingredients except dates and nuts into bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests.

Select regular or rapid bake cycle. Add the dates and nuts when the raisin/nut cycle beeps or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.

Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
