    HARD RED SPRING, a specialty wheat grown primarily in the Northern plains of the United States, stand out as the aristocrat of wheat when it comes to baking bread.  Click on 07 Hard Red Spring Wheat Regional Quality Report and get all the details on the quality characteristics of the crop.
